Review: Connair Infinitie

Now I am going to review a hair product I use on my hair occasionally.  It is called the connair infinitie.  It is a curling wand, which is a curling iron without a clamp.  It makes really good taylor swift inspired hair.  I love it because it works really well on all hair types.  I think it works best on long hair because you have more to wrap around.  It is also easier to do on other people because you dont have to turn your arm all around to try and curl one piece.  It works much better then just a curling iron but I LOVE it! :)

Review: Urban Decay Primer Potion

Urban Decay Primer Potion is a really great item for your makeup application.  It is one of the best primers out there....or so I've heard :P  I use it on a daily basis and I LOVE it!  It is amazing because it makes the eyeshadows last a lot longer than they normally.  One day for school I went swimming and when I got out of the pool, my eyeshadow was still on the way I left it!  AMAZING!  I only have good things to say about the Urban Decay Primer Potion.  There are three shades; Edne, Sin and Original.  I have original because it goes well with any colour of eyeshadow.  UDPP has a very silky finish and the tiny bottle lasts FOREVER! Once you are done with it...or so you think, you can depot it because there are still months of product left that you don't want to throw out. UDPP has a new wand to help it last longer, it is curved so it can pick up more product. I think that Urban Decay Primer Potion is great for starters and even advanced makeup artists!

Review: MAC Mineralized Skinfinish Natural

MAC's Mineralized Skinfinish Natural is another very famous item from MAC. There are two types, one is the one being mentioned above which is a powder used as foundation (if you have good skin) and to set foundation or concealer. The other is called MAC Mineralized Skinfinish and these can be used as blushes, bronzers and highlighters depending on the colour of the skinfinish and your own skintone. The MSFN (Mineralized Skinfinish Natural) is a really lightweight, natural looking setting powder and it provides light to medium coverage. If you have really good skin, you can use this as your foundation however, if your skin needs more coverage than what this product provides, you can use a foundatiion or concealer of your choice and then put this on top of your skin to set the makeup. There are many different ways to apply MSFN, you can buff it into your skin with a kabuki or you can dust it onto your skin with a big, fluffy powder brush. I personally like using concealer on my flaws, then buff this into my skin and it gives the most beautiful, natural finish. I recommend the MAC Mineralized Skinfinish Natural to anyone from beginners to proffessionals!

Review: MAC Cornflower Pigment

MAC Cornflower pigment is a really pretty purple colour.  Sometimes in some light it will look blue.  It is a really pretty lid colour or crease or outer V.  The only problem I find with Cornflower is that it creases and fades away really easially.  You have to have a really good primer or you can even use a MAC paintpot.  Overall  I think it is a really pretty colour.  Cornflower was the first thing I ever got from MAC.  This is a good colour if you have the right primer and if you want to start using colour.

Review: MAC 217 Brush

The MAC 217 brush is one of the many brushes that you can buy at MAC and is one great selling brush because of the fact that it is very versitile and good for beginners. It is in the 200 series, therefore making it an eyeshadow brush. The bristles are made from white goat hair and are extremely soft. It is flat on one side and more tapered on the other so you are able to use this brush for the lid, crease or highlight. You can use the flat side for the lid or as a wash of colour on the highlight. You are also able to use this brush as a crease brush. I like to get colour on the brush, then place the top of the bristles in the outer part of my crease. I use back and forth motions to get the colour there and then turn it to it's fatter side and use windshield wiper motions to blend the colour out. Viola! A beautiful, blended crease. So, I really do recommed the MAC 217 brush for its versitility and how easy it is to use.

Review: MAC All That Glitters Eyeshadow

All That Glitters is a really great everyday colour and can be used for many different things.  It is a shimmery champange colour and is beautiful on the lid, inner corner or as a highlight.  I recomend the eyeshadow All That Glitters for anyone who is starting out with makeup!
